Excellent service from start to finish. I found FS Mackenzie very helpful and keen to help both me and my staff. We are a newly formed company and found them more than willing to offer advice to us, which we found particularly helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone else in a similar position. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We experienced totally inadequate, inefficient & incompetent service which caused extreme stress for several months. It cost us over double the quote & we're stil in process of claiming on insurance. They admitted responsibility to some of it but the resolution was unacceptable & as the managing director - Steve Mercer - took so long looking into our complaint it cost over $500 more at the at storage facility in NZ. I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but still infuriated with the shoddy service from this company.

I Would say the only negative is I had to chase a little to get emails and information . I found Lacey and Laura to be polite and very helpful, extremely patient as my list of requirements were extensive they obliged and to be fair very reasonable with the price .... I recommend this company and especially the two ladies that assisted me through my import 4 stars only reason not 5 is that I had to chase on 2 occasions .
