What is Reiki? Reiki, (pronounced Ray-Kee) the natural, ancient 'life force' or 'universal healing energy', was introduced to the West from Japan by a Mrs. Takata under tutelage from Dr. Mikao Usui. Why REIKI and how it can help YOU?

I am also able to travel with my treatment couch and conduct the session in the comfort of your own home (in certain circumstances and depending on distance).

I have always been blessed with artistic or spiritual ability with my skilled hands, and realised that Reiki was something that gave me a personal sense of calm and wellbeing in, firstly, healing myself and my own energy levels from being drained. The relief I felt from understanding my levels of anger and stress helped me to see that an ancient healing energy such as Reiki would provide the answer to many of my own personal issues.
It led me to Ken Lim a Reiki practitioner. I would never call myself a sceptic, so Ken never did have to 'prove' anything to me, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much of his time and knowledge he gave to me. Ken offered me a taster session for free, which I am grateful for. Ken set up meditation music, candles and his table.
