We offer a FREE valuation service and we have experts on all aspects of antiques, fine art and collectables. Unique Auctions pride themselves on their FREE Valuation Service. We can call to your property and spend time talking about your items and valuing them. For items we cannot value on the spot, we will take details and will pass on to our research team, which is based at our Lincoln Auction Rooms. Not only do we value items locally in Lincoln and Lincolnshire, but also throughout the whole of the UK and Europe.
House Clearance Lincoln - Unique Auctions offer a full and part house clearance in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & the East Midlands. Unique Auctions offer a full House Clearance and Estate Clearance service in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands. We do in fact travel all over the UK for valuations, probate and clearance work.
Unique Auctions are able to offer on site farm house clearance and farm clearance service. In the past we have held farm house auctions onsite in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Auctions included the disposal of farm house contents, farm machinery, farm vehicles, and vintage farming items.

Very unhappy, frustrated and disappointed. We were planning to use Unique to sell several pieces of high quality furniture and decided (fortunately) to try their service with some lower value items first. What a disaster!
Our “No Reserve” instructions were ignored, so although bids were received for all our lots, some were randomly rejected and no one told us. The resulting “unsold” items were left in limbo somewhere in their warehouse - again no one contacted us.
We waited 5 weeks for any payment to come through, but nothing happened, so we phoned to chase. It took 2 days and 3 calls

This is a friendly and helpful auction house with excellent all-round service. The auctioneer and his staff have extensive knowledge and put a lot of effort into seeing that buyers and sellers have a good experience. Their transaction conditions are clear and fair and they look after the goods on sale. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely love this auction house. I have been buying for many years from an assortment of various auction houses from the Midlands to North Yorkshire but this is by far my favourite.
So many different items in every sale something for everyone . Staff have always been nothing but polite , friendly and helpful to me.
Well worth a visit even if you are on a low budget as plenty of low price items as well as high price items.
After reading some of the other reviews about it being cold i have to say most auction houses are warehouse type building and I've been in a lot colder just put a cost on

I have been buying and selling at this well established auction house for over ten years now and I can honestly say that I have always received top notch assistance and advice.
The auctioneers always endeavour to achieve the best price for the items I put up for sale, and the valuers, clerical staff and porters are invariably helpful and willing to go the extra mile when called upon.

We have used this Auction house for both buying and selling antiques and collectibles for over three years with very satisfactory,fair and consistent results. We have found all the staff to be both friendly and helpful with a real effort made when additional information is required.
