You do not need a licence to place a skip on private property. If you wish to place your skip on a road or grass verge, you require a licence from the Local Authority. When you contact us and request a skip to be placed in a location that requires permission, we contact the Council and request a licence.
AYS Skip Hire can offer Roll On - Roll Off Skips 15yd - 40yd. These larger skips are ideal for larger construction sites, office / shop etc. and are charged for on a haulage and tonnage basis. Please contact us for our latest completive prices.

I hired a skip recently and noticed an adverse review. Felt I had to say that most people know that asbestos has its dangers and be disposed of properly. Not to mix it in with other waste is common sense so not to contaminate the whole skip load. It has to be treated within health and safety regualtions so its bound to cost more. I have always found AYS to be very informative and professional and very helpful with advice. I have used them many times over the years.
