I wish to say a special thank you to Taylor and Wallis in the way in which they dealt with my late uncle's funeral. Their compassion and attention to detail was excellent. They arranged for a Buglar to be at the crematorium which made this a truly memorable day. I wish your company continued success in the years ahead. Thank you

I have unfortunately said goodbye to both my Dad and Mum within the last nine months. Taylor & Wallis we amazing throughout. Mum didn't want a ceremony for Dad (as it was during Covid) so they kindly arranged to bring him "home" one more time and the whole street turned out to say goodbye. It was simple, respectful and organised beautifully, so much so that Mum decided when it was her time she wanted the same. The staff here make the process as painless as possible, they show understanding, respect and attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for better people to look after both of my parents

The whole Team of Taylor and Wallis are absolutely wonderful.
My Father-in-law sadly died and from the day that Jim and his colleague came to collect him from his home to the day of cremation, he was treated with the utmost of respect, they told us from the beginning that they would look after him and that they most certainly did.
We had to postpone the funeral once the date had been set due to a small family crisis which would have meant that two of Bill’s closest could not attend. Val and Claire were amazing, so calm, caring, nothing was a problem and they both guided us with the right decisions

We have used Taylor & Wallis twice now and cannot fault them.
The way they took care of my Mum & Dad whilst they were in their care was outstanding. They were very respectful and sensitive from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.
Val explained everything to us, and helped us to look at things in a different way. They were not pushy to get us to purchase the most expensive caskets etc, in fact helped us to save money without it looking cheap.
We went to other funeral directors at first, however the standard of time and care stood out way above any other funeral directors in the area

Taylor and Wallis were the funeral directors for both our mother and father's funerals this year. As a family we were so pleased that they dealt with all the arrangements. The empathy, dignity and professional service they provided was absolutely first class. Val and Ian especially were so genuine and made a difficult period for us so much more easier. The service they arranged was planned and executed with precision. The order of service, the liaison with the wonderful Reverend Ian Meridith, selection of music, the flower arrangement, high quality cars and the punctuality was a credit to them
