M Johnson Family Funeral Directors were Established in 2008 and provide the local community and surrounding areas with a level of service and personal care, respect and dignity only to be expected from a company with such a proud record. Mark Johnson has been in the funeral industry since the tender age of 15 where he trained at a family firm within the local area.
We completely understand and appreciate that losing a loved one is a devastating time for family members. For those family members who have been entrusted with arranging the funeral it can be an incredibly hard situation to handle but we would like to reassure you that we are here to help you at every stage.

Funerals are a difficult and upsetting time and no one likes thinking or talking about them. But from the first moment you meet Mark he puts you at your ease. He guides you through the arrangements with professionalism, warmth and humour. Nothing is too much trouble, Mark answers any questions, gives advice and reassurance. Mark listens to you regarding what funeral arrangements are best for you. Mark made Mum's final journey both dignified and tranquil. Thank you Mark for everything you did. From the initial call to the finishing touches I cannot recommend Mark enough. The care, love and understanding during this harrowing time cannot be expressed in words. The flowers which Mark provided were beautiful and made with such a huge amount of care. Such a professional service and never did we feel another customer. Mark was very kind & understanding from the moment we met him. Nothing was too much trouble & he made a point of getting to know us as a family so that Mum's funeral was specifically for her & for us & not just another service.
