Armed Forces Fitness is a great way to deliver group circuit sessions in a safe, enjoyable, qualified environment. Currently less than 2% of the UK population exercise on a regular basis and the Armed Forces Fitness instructors feel strongly about reversing that trend to help motivate individuals into exercise and change perceptions that to do so you need to join a traditional gym.
All classes last for an hour. They begin with a collective warm up, before the group then splits into smaller sections sorted by ability level. We cater for all standards of fitness from the beginner to the super fit! Each session will give you a thorough, full body workout - including jogging and circuits, sprint work and partner exercises - all with plenty of encouragement in a fun atmosphere.

Superb fitness sessions especially if you lack motivation as I sometimes do. Andy makes each session different, motivational and fun, and I'm amazed just how much better I look and feel. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get fit but can't be bothered to do anything about it, Andy will motivate you and get you back into positive ways quickly.

You might hate it but the chances are you'll love it and since the first session is free what have you got to lose?!! What you are guaranteed is a warm welcome from all our instructors and our members and a varied and fun hour of exercise. The first session is tough; that is certain but if you want to make progress towards your goals these sessions certainly make that achievable!

This is the best form of exercise I've found. I've been a member of a gym in the past but found I've got so much more out of AFF. My fitness has improved enormously and I'm now a lot leaner.
To my mind the key parts are:
- each session is led by an army qualified instructor. This means I get an excellent workout, a mixture of resistance (press ups, sits ups, squats, etc) as well as CV (short runs)
- the instructor motivates you and guides you to ensure you perform the exercises correctly
- no two sessions are the same - there's always something new
- there are groups relevant to individual
