Services
Neil graduated with an honours degree in law at Leeds University and subsequently attended the College of Law at Chester for his solicitors' final examinations. He then trained with a firm in Nottingham and was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 when he joined Oldham Marsh. He became a partner in Oldham Marsh in 1989.
Below is a table for our fees for both the sale and purchase of Freehold, Leasehold and Shared Ownership property. Please note that all fees are plus VAT and that assumptions are made as to the type of transaction as detailed below. Disbursements will all be payable on your matter. Disbursements are costs payable to third parties such as Land Registry Fees and Local Authority search fees.
