Well, I have to say I was deeply touched by an out of this world kindness and so much care from a lady I have never met or spoke to before until today. I organised a visit for a community group to visit Birdland in Bourton on the Water - people who meet once a week and who would not normally go out on they own. I had a lady who is not too far from her 90th birthday, turned up for this trip unexpected not giving me time to sort out support for her to get around.
