My campervan was converted in their area and FS installed the tow bar and electrics over 3 years ago. I had an issue with the electrics which they tried to help me with over the phone (I don't live locally). When I couldn't sort myself they suggest I drop in when passing, which I did. They took me in right away. They fixed the problem (a broken wire) with in a half hour all under warranty. You couldn't ask for better after sales service! Many thanks.

I recently bought some stuff for a trailer from here - lights, jockey wheel, electrical extension. Couldn't have been more helpful & friendly. Had a problem with the jockey wheel (not a fault). Frank went out of his way to solve my problem (removing the axle from the wheel and throwing in a split pin). Customer service par excellence. I recommend this company without hesitation.

During this CV-19 time the supply chain is under pressure and many outsourced products are no longer available in the UK. Amazing awesome people - broke down stranded 100 miles from home - not only did they fix my trailer but when they found out it was my daughters birthday who was with me they made her a special number plate with her name on it and sent out for a real cake and candles - they are the nicest caring family friendly business - I highly recommend them

I was absolutely thrilled with the service at FS trailers. I was horribly late arriving to have a tow bar fitted, it was done in a short time despite my tardiness. They took the time to demonstrate how to put… it on and off. I was then walked through the cycle rack options and costs. I picked up the assembled cycle rack with number plate today. Staff carefully demonstrated the rack's features. Great job. Many thanks!
