Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out is available at extra cost, however please note that this is subject to availability.

The staff where amazing very friendly and made us feel very welcome 😀 but was disappointing to be told that the restaurant was closed after we booked it but the restaurant was actually open and when I asked about it was told we would have to up grade as we would of done that so I think a better comucation would be better but over all had a good time

Firstly the staff at this hotel were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you and nothing was too much to ask. They were the best thing about this hotel. The place could do with abit of investment from management though with wall paper peeling, wood trims chipped up ect. We did have some issues with our room which once told about the staff did get sorted straight away. Brilliant location near the beach.

This is a genuine stones throw from the beach. There is ample parking which is premium for its location. The staff are great and went the extra mile to get us a room at short notice. We took our old dog for a treat and she was made very welcome. The breakfast is pre order which is fine for us, and it was spot on with plenty of choices. The bar was pretty well stocked and comfortable. Bar snacks and normal restaurant service were not available during our stay, I guess due to covid which has decimated the industry. The beds were perfectly comfortable, and the room (26) had ample wardrobe space. There

Just a short stay, as used as a pit stop travelling down to Cornwall in the evening after work.
Reasonable price, decent room and really friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, as arrived late, but reception helped me find somewhere...Appreciated.
Didn't see much of WSM, but was impressed by how it looked at night, pier looked great.
Would definitely again.
