We have lived in Richard's apartment for 4 months and are about to leave next month. During our stay, we felt very welcomed by the hospitality and kind heart of Richard and Mark. They are always ready to offer help and they mean it.
Besides the wonderful landlord, the house itself is very clean and well maintained. We have all the things that you need for long time or short stay. And its locations allows you to buy groceries, go to restaurants or reach anywhere of London very conveniently.

We stayed in a lovely ground floor apartment for two weeks. The apartments are in a quiet street just around the corner from the Underground and several convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable bedding and lots of storage.It was great to have a washing machine and dryer and kitchen. Mark the proprietor was lovely and proactive in communicating with us and very responsive when I emailed. We plan to stay here again when we return to London.

We have an excellent stay here, Mark is a very nice host give us a warm welcome, his apartment so comfortable, close to the subway, supermarket, only need 15 mins to museum, and have a full kitchens. He reply mail very fast when we were transferring in Singapore when his midnight, he’s a wonderful host! I will choose this room if I visit London.

I have stayed at Castletown Apartments on numerous occasions. Top quality spacious accommodation and very reasonably priced. Mark and his team are very helpful and always welcoming. Located very close to West Kensington tube station, the apartments are in a very nice area, close to some nice restaurants. If you want a home away from home when you are staying in London, then this is the place.

My family stayed at a 2 bedroom place here for about a week. The rooms are clean and homey, and there was a living room, kitchen, and bathroom so it felt quite comfortable to live there. The surrounding area is peaceful, but the location is also close to the West Kensington tube stop so it is easy to get around to Central London and elsewhere.
I especially want to commend Mark the host. My family was unfortunately left without housing after a last minute Airbnb cancellation, but Mark both helped us contact Airbnb about the cancellation and offered us (but did not pressure us into taking) housing

We stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Nice arrangements by Mark who is very friendly and helpful. It is big enough and so clean and comfortable. Good location for public transportation. Various style of restaurant and convenience stores nearby. It includes a full-equipped kitchen, and we loved cooking in the evenings.
When We go to London again, we certainly will stay there again.

We stayed on July 2016, family of 4 persons on apartment that is located on the entrance floor. It is perfect solution for travelling family in very good price range. The apartment is big enough and comfortable, nicely equipped and the Mark was very helpful. Location is great with enough restaurants and convenient stores around. We certainly will come back.
