Simon is the most thorough optician I have ever seen! Thanks to him it was ruled out that I had had a mini stroke, but. he was able to tell me in detail just what was going on in my eyes! I had seen a disc like object pass over my eyes on three separate occasions (2 in the left eye and one in the right).

I cannot speak highly enough of Simon and his team. I was very concerned after noticing one pupil was bigger than the other and started catastrophizing and becoming very anxious about it. I rang at midday and by 5pm that day he had seen me and totally put my mind at ease.
This is the second or third time in a few years I have seen Simon about eye worries and each time I am made to feel completely reassured by the checks he does. He is also such a kind Optician to see and I am very grateful. I couldn't recommend Simon enough! Thank you so much.

Following an accident I was concerned my eyesight was deteriorating. I was aware Simon was a specialist as my daughter had been referred to him previously. Simon as able to see me quickly and gave me a thorough checkup. He provided reassurance and took the time to explain my options. I strongly recommend his professional service.

I had a minor eye problem which my usual optician didn’t have the equipment to deal with, luckily I found Simon Kleyn in Frinton. Dealt with me over the phone to start with as he was on holiday (impressive) I saw him today and had very intensive tests. Luckily he found no major problem, he was efficient and thorough and he put my mind at rest, also a very pleasant man. I will be going back to him when I need my next test.

I had to get an eye exam fairly urgently and Simon Kline gave me an appointment that day.
Everything was checked thoroughly and I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise I experienced. Everything was explained comprehensively to me.
Thank you for explaining the importance of acting on any change immediately I would not have realised how important that is.
The staff were friendly and professional also. Every thing was followed under COVID guidelines, so l felt completely comfortable and safe

I have known this opticians practice for many years. My daughter received her first glasses from Mr Kleyn more than 14 years ago, so I had no qualms having an emergency visit last week to his practice as molten solder had hit my eye. Simon's attention & care were tremendous. He is a consummate professional. My eyesight luckily has a positive outcome.
