We've just spent a fabulous week at Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Resort on North Cornwall ... Arrived to a warm welcome from Becky and her colleague who explained everything to us and gave us a road map to 318. A Diamond Caravan which on arrival absolutely took our breath away, spotlessly clean, modern, warm and with stunning views of the gorgeous coast line ... after settling in for an a hour or so, we had a welcomed tap on the door from Ali the house keeping Manager who asked if every was in order and thanked us for staying at their site. She was very pleasant and enjoyed the view with us for a

This is not a bad review of the campsite which has been an excellent holiday base for our family and I am sure many hundreds of other families over the years: we have always used the substantial Meadows section which offers a more flexible and larger space for tents, whilst not being so landscaped as other parts of the site. To hear that it will be turned over to permanent lodges is very disappointing. Whilst I appreciate the commercial benefits to luxury lodges, this will be a loss to regular campers. Hopefully you might engineer some space for more informal camping within your site in the future

Had a week camping here in July 2021, our first in a tent as a family after 4 years in the hire caravan units. What an amazing wonderful family holiday. Very eco-conscious and environmentally friendly site, very friendly and professional staff and facilities are brilliant.
The most perfect beach that you can walk to, well stocked shop with Chough Bakery products (daily pasties are a must!) and the most fantastic play park.
The manager Gavin was also such an approachable guy, nothing was too much trouble and the park will benefit greatly with him heading things up. The electric charging points

This is my favourite holiday park. Haven't been able to go since 2019, but it's such a great area and so pretty. It has amazing views and the beaches are all within walking distance which means we can carry all our stuff. The hedges are great for protection form the wind as well. Also the shop is very well stocked and it's just a short drive from everywhere.

A great place with a varied amount of pitches for camping or a lovely selection of caravan to hire. Site is clean and tidy and the toilet blocks allways clean & tidy. I have stayed at mother ivy bay a good 7 times now in a tent and only last week in a hire caravan. Helpfull staff and friendly and 5 minutes from a tesco shop and other shops. I will definitely be booking again for next year x

Fantastic site and beach. Was quite pricey at £48 a night for three nights in July. We'll run site and beautifully kept. Toilets are clean and modern. The almost private beach is just perfect.

We’ve just come home from a couple of nights stay at Mother Ivey’s. Could not be happier with this find! Location is great with stunning views of the beach. The on site bakery make your breakfast pastries or… Cornish pasties to order which tasted great. The beach is well looked after & clean. The site facilities are well maintained & clean also. The pitches are spacious giving you enough privacy 👍🏻👌🏼 Can’t wait to return!
