Silvaman started as a project management consultancy delivering projects for both contractors and clients directly in the retail sector. However, clients were also requesting that we increase our service offering so we could undertake all aspects of a project from pre-construction through to completion.

French luxury leather goods company Longchamp entrusted Silvaman to deliver their first UK Outlet site. Working closely with the Longchamp architect we were able to support the brand to deliver an agreed design in accordance with local regulations.
Silvaman undertook the full remodelling of the site inclusive of all building and M&E works, our specialist millwork installation team delivered the fixture installation, handing over the site to an impressed Longchamp Ops team.Silvaman completed the new Armani Concept Outlet Store during the Spring of 2020, working during this period presented many challenges.
