Welcome to Evolve, a small/medium sized but significant building and shop fitting company. Evolve deliver high quality building, fit out, refurbishment and planned/reactive maintenance works. We pride ourselves on delivering projects on time, within budget and with as little disruption to our customers as possible.
The customer is King and talking to the King appropriately is key. We understand that retail projects must take place in an appropriate environment, must be conducted safely and efficiently, and must make sufficient and lasting impact to ensure a return visit! We fit out and upgrade for small, independent retailers who need nothing more than basic, organised storage in a safe, shop environment.
We understand that the primary purpose of schools and centres of further education is to educate - maintenance and improvements to school buildings is a necessary hindrance. Our contract team take time to identify the correct person within the school team with whom to liaise and work with.
All our workforce have DBS certificates and we use the NUT's guidance on the legal requirements and desired good practise for construction work in schools, as our minimum standard.We have worked in a number of primary and secondary schools, E-ACT Academy's and, Birmingham City University. We are also an approved contractor for Aston University.

We understand the need for functionality and confidentiality which allows practitioners to carry out their jobs readily and affords customers and patients the best possible atmosphere and environment.
Working with London and Cambridge Properties, GKN Chep, Meggitt Areospace and Urban Splash at the Fort Dunlop we have gained considerable experience in dealing with the different demands and specifics of working on industrial/commercial buildings and we've done it well.
We understand that properties may be part of a larger complex which has to continue operating whilst our works are underway and because of this, there may be other complications, demands and restrictions which impact on our work.With such knowledge and our willingness to work with people, we can pre-empt many problems which would otherwise impact on timescales and budgets.
