Best Care Mobility are a family run Bathroom fitting company with 15 years experience of fitting Bathrooms, Wet Rooms, etc. and all the mobility accessories that go with them. We have now branched out and opened a shop selling thousands of mobility products to enhance our range, we have fully qualified trained professional staff, and a large range of products in our showroom for you to come in and take a look.
We stock a range of mobility scooters which include lightweight foldable models to go into the car boot, up to the large road scooters to enable longer distances. We also have second hand scooters and various sizes of ramps to enable you to take your scooter in and out of your property. We have a shop frontage where you can come and test these scooters before you buy.
For those with limited mobility or who cannot safely step into the bath then a bath lift is the answer, this will gently lower you into the water and into a reclining position and then gently take you back to the top of the bath. An alternative to a bath lift is a bath seat that uses suction pads to stick to the bottom of the bath and comes in various heights of 6" 8" or 12".
Our straight stairlifts are built to last, with low maintenance and high reliability. They run on maintenance free DC power packs, which are automatically recharged at the end of every trip. This type of power ensures that the stairlifts are safe to use, and are incredibly smooth. Our straight stairlifts come with all the necessary features and a few extra ones, as standard.
There are many items to make going to the toilet easier; such as raised toilet seats and frames to fit around the toilet which help you to go alone if possible. These come in height variations of 2", 4" and 6"with lids or without and can be padded so that they are softer on your bottom or with arms attached to help you get up.

Amazing service from Steve at Firmcare Mobility, Walsall. Steve went above and beyond when I was looking for a riser recliner for my father. He even sent videos via WhatsApp of the chair in motion, so that I could understand the Tilt-in-Space mechanism. Upon ordering, I was given a delivery estimate and then a text to confirm the date. Upon delivery, Steve went through all of the operating instructions with my mother, who is delighted. I could not recommend this company highly enough.
