Services
First you must have completed both your CBT and Motorcycle Theory test. The A1 licence is your only option if you are aged 17 or 18. Passing the 125 test will give you an A1 licence which means that you will be restricted to 125cc machines developing 14.6bhp or less. If you are aged between 19 and 23 then you can do the A2 licence, this will entitle you to ride up to 35kw (47bhp).

After intense research we found ORMT with one of the best ratings around birmingham and were lucky enough to experience it for ourselfes, we came all the way from London and we must say that every mile was worth the journey. My instructor Nick was superb, he was well ahead of the game with his… teaching and made me feel, comfortable, relaxed and confident. Pete was excellent throughout. Went above and beyond what was required for the CBT. Very patient and lifted my confidence. Even the chap taking the CBT renewal alongside me mentioned how much better the training was here in comparison to his previous one.

Did my cbt a few days ago with Steve, he's a very friendly man who is also very professional, training provided was excellent and he had no problem repeating himself several times. Training bikes are modern and regularly serviced. He answered all questions I said him in a friendly way and gave me some advice to gain a full motorbike license, I would recommend open road to anyone wish to do a cbt or full motorbike license.

To be able to teach myself, who had zero bike experience and confidence, to a standard where I passed both mod 1 and mod 2 with only 1 rider fault was a credit to their skills and patience. Had a great time completing my CBT and 4 day DAS here. Terry did a great job with the CBT, getting me up and running within hours. Warwick was an awesome trainer for the DAS - I couldn't recommend him enough! Takes time to describe the 'why' as well as the 'how'. All of the equipment is available to use and in good condition. Can't wait to meet the guys out on the road!

I came here on the 30th june to complete my cbt. Trained by terry and warwick( sorry if i spelt them wrong) absolute amazing experience. Very good trainers taught me well. They are the sort of guys you want to just go and chat to. I really want to complete my full license here hopefully. I fully recommend this place to train on your bike.
