Being a Rider Assist member means your bike will be picked up after an accident that was not your fault, then taken back to our warehouse, where an insurance expert will assess the damage, write a report and claim damages on your behalf from the person that caused the accident at no cost to you. If you vehicle is deemed unroadworthy, McAms can offer you a hire bike, again claimed from the 3rd party insurer.

I used these chaps to fit a sidecar to my Triumph Bonneville and have nothing but praise for them after their excellent work.
I didn't exactly give them an easy task after giving them the wrong chassis and fittings (poorly picked ebay purchase made on my part).
They spent a long time investigating what was needed to customise the frame and then went on to strengthen it etc.
They are straight talking and obsessed with safety which I think we can all agree is number 1 when riding motorcycles.
Id give them a sixth star if I could...

Longbow, thank you for completing the first service on my Bullit motorcycle today. Very happy with the bike and also your services. Dropped the bike off, full English from tha cafe across the road. Returned, bike done. With also a little bit of extra work that I didn’t ask for but you also carried out. Many thanks, I will certainly return.

I used the chaps at long Bow after a catastrophic oil leak. They found the leak free of charge (I'd already removed fairing etc), then sourced parts brand new from ebay and charged a very good rate to fit them. Kept in touch the whole way through and were brilliant

Popped in to ask a tech question about tools and working in the bike. The longbow lads couldn't be more helpful! Took time to show me tools, explain how they work and what to buy. The best service around. Great prices and never too busy to help out a numpty like me

Local mot tester had told me my tyres were on the wrong wheels and were also the wrong direction. Guys at Longbow gave friendly and helpful advice, pointing out the different markings on the tyres. Fair play to them, they could have just ripped me off for new tyres. Would recommend for work on your bikes!

Phone these guys to get fork seals done and they said they could get them done same day and price was ok which was awesome as I needed them done asap as Iwas loosing my car to the spray booth for a couple days. 5 days later I picked the forks up still not having the work done as they say they couldn't get the parts?? No apologise at any point through the 5 days either just "it is what it is mate", I usually send my forks to nutsmoto but wanted to give a new local business a go. In the end I just replaced them myself the day i pick them up. Yep I managed to get parts the same day!! who would've
