Not only do we supply staff cover, but we also provide in-house and online DBS checks and Qualitative Fit Testing! We are a national dental staff agency recruiting skilled locum dental staff for short or long term cover. As well as working in general private and NHS practices we also provide cover for specialist referral practices, local NHS dental services, prisons, the MOD and many hospitals. We are looking to recruit a full time qualified GDC registered Dental Nurse to join our well established practice in Headington, Oxford. We provide a range of treatments including implants, whitening and root canal treatments on referral.
We have 20 trained and experienced fit testers plotted across the country to provide you with a personalised and professional service covering all of your fit testing needs. Several of our fit testers are fit2fit accredited. Qualitative fit testing (QLFT) is a pass/fail test based on the wearer's subjective assessment of any leakage through the face seal region by detecting the introduction of bitter- or sweet-tasting aerosol as a test agent.

I have worked with Cavity since 2017 and will never look back! The staff are helpful and friendly,the communication between us nurses and the booking team is efficient. Although there isn’t much chance for everyone to meet face to face, there is a real personal touch with our slack forums and chat rooms, it gives everyone the sense of “we are together and we are a team” . Plenty of work and an overall brilliant company to work for.

I have used Cavity a few times now to find last minute temp staff for my surgery. They have nothing but helpful, polite, and responsive every time. Sharon and Sarah are both wonderful people of contact there and I would recommend anyone who has a dental surgery in need of staff to give them a call.

I worked with a nurse today and I did not find her very professional. I am always grateful to the nurses always as they help us get through the day. The nurse today interrupted time and again when I was speaking to the patients and started suggesting crown options to patients! When I told her not to interrupt while I am discussing treatments/ options/ diagnosis- she said that there are only 2 more patients to go and then you don’t have to work with me any more! I was a bit taken aback by the the unpleasant reply and unwillingness to take any feedback. A bit rude in her general behaviour throughout

I have been with Cavity over a year and can honestly say it’s the best decision I have ever made. I love how the role is completely stress free, I have built my confidence over the year as I am learning new skills constantly! It is so flexible and fantastic pay! The best dental nursing job ever and the company has a good reputable name for being fantastic. My manager Sarah is so lovely and supportive, we meet up regularly! I am in frequent contact with the CEO Sharon. She is super friendly and kind. Overall 5* for every person at Cavity from head office, to bookings, to the managers and nurses

I have been working as a dental nurse for Cavity since June 2020. I'm so happy I joined the Cavity family and I love how varied and flexible the job is. Everyone at head office is lovely, my area manager Sarah is a superstar and always there when I need her. Being a newly qualified dental nurse I was looking for a role where I could continue learning and developing my skills, and Cavity does exactly that for me. We have been using Cavity Dental for many years and always found the, to be extremely helpful and professional.
We have recently been having a particular nurse attend our practice (Eleanora) who is so lovely and goes over and above what is expected of her, which in the current climate goes a long way with people.
Highly recommended.

Can honestly say Cavity is the best company I have had the pleasure of working with! Hand on heart I can’t say I have worked with any company that had much to there staff! (And I have worked for 3 corporate companies and 1 private company prior)

I have worked for Cavity Dental since March and have enjoyed every second!! I love going to lots of amazing and friendly practices and expanding my experience and knowledge whilst receiving great feedback from dentists and patients. My line manager Sara Aparicio is very supportive and is always at the end of the phone if I ever need her :) couldn't work for any other agency now and would highly recommend to other dental nurses!!
