If you suffer from muscular aches and pains, why not try a myofascial tissue release treatment. Many people have experienced a significant reduction in their pain levels following this specialised treatment. Aromatherapy massage with a personalized blend of aromatherapy essential oils can be combined with holistic, therapeutic massage techniques.
Myofascial (pronounced Myo fashal) is derived from the Latin words 'myo' for muscle and 'fascia' for band. Fascia, an embryological connective tissue, is a 3D continuous web of elastin and collagen fibres surrounded by a viscous fluid called the ground substance. These two fibre types allow it to be very strong yet have a high degree of flexibility.

Therapeutic Massages use a combination of advanced techniques such as deep tissue and deep friction massage techniques, acupressure points, trigger point and neuromuscular movements. It can also include Myofascial Tissue Release techniques which help to release the connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles and organs in the body.

Had a really great back neck and shoulder massage today. Been suffering a little bit in the run up to Christmas due to working hard.
Massage was relaxing, but I could also feel the knots and the tension melting away.
Will be rebooking very soon, would definately recommend to a friend!
