Booking was easy, the apartment was very well fitted out & equipped, better than most we use. Central location in City with secure parking which is important to us. The staff are fabulous and very helpful. In our opinion the only place to stay in Chelmsford. Will use again for sure! We are just back from a 1 night stay in the two bedroom top floor apartment.

Stayed here the weekend just gone, despite being told there is no smoking the room absolutely reeked of smoke and the shower was loop warm at best, I had to leave all the windows open to try and get rid of the smoke and half eaten Ben & Jerry’s left in the fridge - I phoned them up and the woman didn’t seem to care. I won’t be staying here again!

LOVELY APARTMENT - Great alternative to a Hotel! Stayed here with my brother and sister in law in a 2 bed apartment, as they were coming up from Kent to join us for a Black Tie event. Lovely spacious, clean and modern. Great alternative to a hotel. My sister in law could sit together in the living room "prepping" ourselves for our evening (hair, make up etc) with a glass of wine, husband & brother in law sat at the dining table chatting with a beer. A home away from home experience that was better (and cheaper!) than 2 rooms in a hotel! Great place and the customer service was also exceptional

Ok - we are living here for 8 weeks - minimum - as had to move out of our family home as we have a as leak !! Tempted not to move out of here ever - contact with owners and housekeepers excellent . We have been here two weeks and noise of both weekends no problem at all. So so good 5 mins to Tesco and cinema and 7 to John Lewis !!! There are about 10 good restaurants within 10mins walk - v v good location . Finally great view - constant hot water and as of yet have not used the heating!!
