Services
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the new watersport to try and we have a number of boards available for you to hire. SUP is the fastest growing adventure sport where the basics are not difficult to learn and with a few hours coaching most people can stand up and paddle several miles. It's a sport which can be enjoyed by families together perhaps as the focus for holidays or weekend breaks.
We have a large range of sit-on top kayaks and closed cock-pit kayaks to learn on. We cater for novices wanting to do a full 'learn to kayak' course or an introductory session. The whole family can go on a kayak expedition guided by one of our qualified, experienced instructors; take advantage of their knowledge of the local area and experience some of Cornwall's beautiful coastline and wildlife from the waters edge.
The Carrick Roads and Falmouth are arguably some of the best waters for learning to sail in the world. Our sheltered, yet coastal environment offers perfect sailing conditions for beginners and those more experienced. Whether you want to learn to sail as a complete novice or further your sailing skills with an intermediate sailing course, as an RYA Training Centre we offer courses from the National Sailing Scheme for children and adults.
There are a range of kayaks and paddle boards to hire at Loe Beach. Hiring at Loe Beach is a safe and sheltered environment to explore the tranquil waters along this beautiful part of the Cornish coastline. We offer a full briefing when you hire too, offering advice and tips to make your experience even more memorable.
We have a large range of kayaks available to hire. All sit-on tops, we offer single, double or triple kayaks. You can hire them for one hour through to a full day - we are fully flexible to make your experience at Loe Beach memorable. You can explore the local creeks, kayak to the Pandora for a swift half or meander down to the beach at the National Trust's beautiful Trelissick Gardens.

We recently completed the RYA level 2 powerboat course with Martyn and can not recommend him highly enough! Martyn was friendly, professional and a real pleasure to spend the 2 days with. He really is a master of his class and was so good at conveying his knowledge. Thank you and we look forward to doing more with you soon.

We spent a week sailing with Martyn and his team and it was an absolute pleasure. We took our first sailing attempts with Martyn and he made it so easy and fun to learn. Because of the small group size (just the my sister and I) he was able to teach and coach exactly the way that was helpful for us. Therefore, we felt like we both had a steep learning curve. We were able to sail different sailing boats based on the progress we made and the weather, which taught us additional skills and teamwork. The theoretical lessons were kept targeted to our learning progress at the beginning or/and at the end

I have just got back from a week in Feock - and what a week! Absolutely perfect little area for a UK break. I spent 3 days with Martyn re-learning to sail at Loe Beach watersports. Martyn was so excellent it’s difficult to put it into words - but he not only reassured, but was patient, helped me understand what I was doing in my own words, rescued… me after a capsize (which was actually lots of fun!!) and was just world class at instructing. Worth every penny! I’ve even signed up to a sailing club closer to home. I didn’t get to go out on a kayak due to the British weather
