Webb, Lucas & Stubbs Optometrists are an award winning Independent optical practice, with a focus on great eye care and amazing eyewear. The practice was first opened in Stafford in 1947 and has always been at the leading edge of optics.

Directors Shelley Stubbs and Richard Webb are both experienced optometrists, and pride themselves on taking the time to deliver individually tailored customer service for the whole family, listening to your needs and offering solutions.They were delighted when talented optometrist Michelle Mason joined the team in 2016.

Advanced Optometry is designed to take a much closer look at your eyes. You will have access to advance investigation techniques that aren't available with an NHS sight test, including comprehensive OCT scans, retinal imaging, and dry eye assessments.

I can’t praise Webb Lucas & Stubbs enough. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, professional and with a great range of lenses, frames and contacts.
I am more than happy to trust them with the care of my and my family’s eyes.

Myself being a car sales manager over 25 years in Stafford, I have used many opticians since 1958. But since 2005 been using Webb, Lucas & Stubbs Optometrists Stafford they are the best in around Midlands, they have some latest equipment's which is worth taking up as an upgrade testing, all the staff are well trained, experienced & polite.
My special thanks to Shelly Stubbs, Heather Lunn & the front desk staff.
On the whole I cannot say enough about this optician you must experience to know the quality of professionalism.

I have been going to this optician for a number of years and would not go anywhere else. All staff are very attentive, nothing too much trouble, professional, extensive eye examination and general advice given for eye care. Adhering to COVID guidelines, very safe.

A very detailed eye examination and a friendly optician who explained clearly and answered questions. We also had a very helpful and patient member of staff who assisted my daughter in choosing her glasses- not a quick task! Also very Covid safe too.

Both my daughter and I see Shelley. She is an excellent optometrist, always kind and friendly. She does a very thorough job and explains everything well. The receptionists and other staff are also polite, friendly and professional.

Always a first rate and highly professional service. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you step through the door and are looked after until you leave. There is no pressure whatsoever to buy spectacles or other wares from them. They were recommended to us years ago and we have never looked back (sorry about the pun!)
