Matt was fantastic throughout the entire process. He really listened to MY requirements about the role I was looking for. He asked what was important to me about the job, culture, co-workers and so on. I felt equally important as the client who I was being matched with - which isn’t always the case with some recruiters.

Cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Camino Partners. Very good experiences with Camino over the past year when I was, initially, idly thinking about next roles... and that was during a period when many recruiters as I understand it just wouldn't engage/think beyond an advert response and keyword match with a "client's" job spec.
Listened, got to understand what I might be interested in... and when the right roles came up contacted me. Am now starting my second contract through them. Interested, engaged, professional and flexible.

I honestly could not recommend Camino partners enough! They are probably the best agency I have worked with in my career. They called me when they said they would! Really listened to what I was looking for and successfully had me interviewing within days. They fully prepared me for my interview and I found my latest job through them. They clearly had integrity and respect as everything they said about the company was spot on! I am thoroughly enjoying my new role and would never have got it without them! I’ve worked on and off with this business for a few years and have always received a professional service. There are a lot of businesses from a similar sector who offer a very poor candidate approach but Camino always provide a good standard. I have been recommending them to many of my friends and colleagues who are looking for work.
