Friendly and straightforward service. Very knowledgeable and keen to help.
Turnaround time is a little long but that's only down to the popularity of the place.
We have had a few pictures framed here. We chose the non reflective glass for a special cross stitch made for us and it doesn't even look like there is glass covering it. Nothing to spoil the beautiful piece beneath.

Shocking and rude staff, went to see if they could frame my prints. It was not clear on the website that I was given it was by appointment only. Rude women and man come to the door proving that it is clear, not even a kind word to see if they could see us or even book us in. Really disgusted with the service or lack of. Is there no such thing as customer service since covid-19? Clearly they have forgotten all about it!

Got our 4 pictures today and they are absolutely beautiful. Incredible work, detailed and spot on. Their knowledge is unrivalled and offer advice on what is best as well as a having many samples so you can pick the perfect frames/glass etc. Also have a good selection of cards and already done pictures. Highly recommend.
