Use this tool if we don't have the size you need off the shelf in our standard range of mount packs. All our mount board is conservation quality, pH neutral and will not discolour your artwork. Please confirm the sizes are correct before placing your order, once we have cut the mount no refunds are possible.
Produced from a high quality 1mm thick mount board, ivory one side and white on the reverse. Frith & Company Acid Free Conservation mount board is made from wood based materials, is pH neutral and will not damage your artwork. Standard boards should be avoided, and acid-free boards may need to be swapped out for new ones after several years before the acid becomes exposed.
Includes 1.4mm bevel cut acid free white core mount, 1mm PH neutral cream core backing board, 40 micron cellophane bag. You can use our high quality mount, back and bag sets to perfectly protect your artwork ready for storage, sale or transport. I have used this framing company intermittently over the past 15 years. I have always found ten courteous and they will always listen to your requirements and offer advice on mount colour that enhances your photo/painting. I am about to order a large frame (71x51cms) for my Nick Andrews print of a winter scene in Salisbury Market. Price is relevant to the frame material being used.

Had a very negative experience with using the company. I enquired with their customer service team about an issue experienced with their website and shipping information. The resulting emails I received back were extremely unprofessional and aggressive.
I had intended on placing monthly orders on the website for mounts but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely shocked by the emails I received back and would not recommend using a company who does not treat people with any respect.

I placed a canvas in for framing. upon collection it had been placed on the wooden frame at an angle with a white edge showing. I stated I would not be paying for the work as it was not fit to hang and asked for my canvas to be given back. Today I received a call telling me my picture was ready and when I said I had told them I would not be paying for it the female was abusive, rude and very loud that even my children heard her. I would not recommend this company at all. Poor quality and very rude staff.

This company is brilliant for framing and mounting - either custom made or standard size. You can get them to do everything or do some of the work yourself. There's absolutely no hard sell and the prices are really good - especially since they make the frames and cut the mounts in their own workshop near Salisbury. We were looked after by James when we went in with a motley selection of old but precious photographs and he transformed them into a beautiful collection of framed prints. Thank you so much.

One of the frames I ordered came without a mount so I emailed Frith & Co to let them know. I could not believe my eyes when the post arrived 24 hours later with not one but 5 mounts. Now that is outstanding customer service! I don't often write reviews, but I am so impressed with the quality and price of their ready made frames, and the mount and backing packs. Last but not least their protective packaging is second to none, we have all had damaged goods due to inadequate packaging haven't we. Well you can cross that worry off your list with this company. Ordered four different size mount sets. They sent them out really quickly but I think Hermes made some mistake and they took a bit longer to get to me. They are really good quality and arrived safely with very good packaging. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning for more. Thank you Frith & Co!
