We design, manufacture and install both traditional and contemporary Timber Frame Buildings all over the South West of England. T&S Timber Frame Buildings (Tregelles & Seager Ltd) is a small Devon based business owned by Chris Tregelles & Jon Seager. Chris & Jon have over 35 years experience within the construction industry and have successfully created many beautiful timber structures all across Devon and the South West of England.
We like to use our experience to help our clients work out the most efficient design in order to make the best possible use of the budget and space available. We have many examples of our previous work which highlight the build brief, the design, and how we approached the build process together with the view of our clients.

Services
Jon is responsible for the day to day running of projects on site and in the workshop. He initially trained as an apprentice carpenter/joiner in Nottingham, moving to Devon in 1986 and worked as a self-employed carpenter/builder. Chris is responsible for frame design and customer relations as well as being a hands on timber framer.
With a rich history of developments, and plenty of kind words and testimonials from our customers, we have built up a large portfolio of recent work. Jon and Chris are always available for an initial chat. That can then be followed up with a site visit where we will be able to advise you further on feasibility and design.
