We can provide you with whatever level of involvement that you want - from the supply of a posh garden shed through to the design and build of your new home. Our timber frame designs (to your spec not ours) create incredibly comfortable buildings. With the regulations constantly changing, you may not need planning permission to extend your home or erect an outbuilding - but you will probably still need Building Regulations approval and so you may well need drawings. And, dont forget, your builder needs to have something to follow!
For your new home, there are many options open to you when it comes to getting its design from your imagination and onto paper from choosing a "ready made" house plan through to the other end of the scale, where you could draw everything yourself.

Getting your build ideas from your imagination, onto a sketch pad and ultimately onto planning software is an exciting exercise and one that we don't rush. We all need time to understand what you want to achieve and how we can help you do that. This time can be spent at your site, or at our offices.
If we have worked with you to design your perfect extension, outbuilding or new home, you already have details of our fee for submitting your Planning Application. And of course, if you already have some drawings of your build but need extra help with planning, just give us a call, or drop a line to discuss how we can help.
Once you have secured your planning permission, Building Regulations approval is needed. We can prepare and these for you and at the same time submit them for SAP/EPC, water and air tightness calculations on your behalf - you simply pay the fee to your preferred provider. Our fees for Building Regulations do depend upon whether we have created the drawings for your extension or new house.

Each design is priced to include drawings appropriate for planning application and for the timber frame delivered or delivered and erected on your site (subject to there being no particular difficulties with access).
