Having to postpone wedding celebrations from last year, black tie easily accommodated the change of date not only once but twice. They were also very helpful finding a jacket, trouser, bow tie and shoes that all went together for a intimate wedding last year. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and go that extra mile to make sure everything is spot on. Thank you again 😊

Great experience using Black Tie Menswear for my husband and his groomsmen's wedding suits. After having a very disappointing experience with a major high street brand (who wouldn't let him try the suits on!), we were met with fantastic service at Black Tie Menswear. Great customer service, particularly in a very busy year with lots of postponed weddings taking place!

"I went to a famous suit hire chain, they failed miserably, didn't know I had an appointment booked, were very unprofessional then told me to order everything on their website defeating the point of visiting their store. Panicking with my wedding months away I then came across Black Tie. Had a booked appointment to try on suits, the man who saw me was very professional, took his time getting me to try on a range of colour combinations, didn't feel rushed. Felt like a Saville Row type experience. He clearly had knowledge in this field, knew how to measure me properly, which seems like a simple thing

Alex was spot on, professional, friendly, funny, and very good at his job. Pretty much did everything for me and the suits look wicked. He turned a chore into a nice afternoon.

Black tie were incredible. Having had our original date cancelled because of COVID, Michael was very easy going whilst we went through multiple date changes. Due to restrictions leading up to the new date of the wedding we couldn’t go in to be fitted a final time, however he sent out self measurement sheets and all the suits were absolutely spot on for each of my groomsmen and me!! I cannot thank them enough for prepping us for my wedding, they even got a perfect colour match for the groomsmen with the bridesmaids dresses!! Thank you so so much!!
