You can find some good items on here, I’m not a fan of having to pay for returning postage, especially when I paid around £10.99 for special delivery on the way out to me. I think this may effecting returning customers and would be in best interest for all if there is a relationship with a delivery service that would offer such service your behalf where in the instances of the clothing let’s say not the right size then they would ensure return delivery is already covered. Convenience also, whereas other companies simply require you to print off a return code tape it to the delivery bad then

Ordered some items from them with free postage. When they arrived I felt like they didn't suit me so returned them at my expenses of £5.10 postage. I have now received a refund less £3.95. I have contacted them to ask what this was for to be fobbed of to a link to there website where they have hidden a postage charge if you don't want the items you purchased and payed to return. I will not be ordering again from these what feels like a tin pot company. PLEASE beware before you purchase anything from this site

Bought my item through klarna but I returned the jeans but it took several phone calls and over a week for Dandyfellow to notify klarna which they did in seconds after my final phone call to complain but still left me with the charge for delivery after I paid to send them back. I will not ever be using this company again. The last customer service agent was rude and arrogant avoid at all costs

Good product selection but really poor customer service despite the fact item was faulty, spent time chasing them, offered no amicable solution, avoid if you can.

Terrible service and after service. I ordered one item and after a week I emailed to see why I didn’t have it, no apologies, just a refund email 10 days later. Never again

Had to pay return postage myself. PLUS - they refunded £3.95 less (If you are returning an item for a refund Dandy Fellow will refund you MINUS a contribution for our Postage & Packaging cost charged at a standard £3.95). Appalling service. So FREE delivery costs you £3.95 plus return cost...

Visited the store then used the sister company online for some trainers, nice and easy to navigate.

I bought a pair of Air Max sold out everywhere and got free next day delivery. Great customer service too.

Ordered the Astorflex beenflex shoes. I couldn’t find them in the states. They overnighted them from London to Dallas, Texas for FREE! Great experience ordering with these guys.. 5STARS
