One of the women in here needs to go on a Customer care course. Her attitude is vile I actually feel sorry for her colleagues having to put up with her constant aggressive/bullish attitude. Both times I have been here she has been short and snappy at all the customers she deals with. I get that there may be difficult customers but to take it out on every customer that walks through the door is just wrong. She needs to go for anger management course or change jobs. The other staff in the shop are very pleasant and accommodating.

Complete joke doesn’t open until 10 then when you are supposed to open you dont
Been wandering round prescot since 9am
Got back to the shop for 10am
Sat in my car
10.20 still not open no one answering phone
Had to drive home in the end as my little one needed a wee
Complete wasted journey will have to drive back once i can get through that is
