Our uniform manufacturing experience means that we take special care when weaving every thread of your custom made uniform, ensuring you and your team look and feel professional. The majority of our uniforms are made with Softex - a high-quality, non-iron material that's breathable and comfortable.
Our logo embroidery service is available for customers who are looking for personalised uniforms. You can place your order by phone 0151 548 2228 or enquire by email froby@uniformcollection.com. We simply ask that you submit all artwork as a. JPG or. PDF via email. As your designs will need to be digitised by ourselves and a bespoke price arranged with our sales team, uniforms that require embroidered logos orders cannot be taken online.

Have ordered from FR for years. Placed and paid for latest order on 17th May 2021 on line.
The order has still not arrived as of today 8th June 2021.
On checking my account it says Paid. Order unfulfilled!
Well who’s fault is that then?
You phone and can’t speak to anyone. Emailed and have not heard back from them.
Customer service is non existent.
They cannot hide behind Covid for ever.
Suggest you revert to at least having someone at the end of your phone to deal with these sort of problems.
Customers will get very fed up very quickly with as I say ‘ non existent customer service’

Shocking customer service!
I ordered uniforms for new staff on 29th April. All items were showing as in stock when ordered. I have three new staff who have now started working and have no uniform. I've sent numerous emails to chase up and the service has been terrible. Currently no phone lines available: Not sure how you can run a business without a phone line. Covid is no excuse for this level of incompetence. We are now out of lockdown and salons (your customers) are open. I sent an email asking for someone to call me to discuss all the items and when they would arrive and was told no one has

Just got my daughters college uniform. Took a few weeks to arrive, company said COVID slowing deliveries. It was definitely worth the wait, such good quality, she looks great!

Absolutely awful. The quality of the uniform is very bad for the price. The hairdressing uniform is £40, I was expecting high quality as it was quite expensive, when it was delivered, I felt the uniform and the material felt like it was worth about £15. Definitely not £40. Also the delivery charge was £6.50, which is very expensive, as the parcel really was not heavy at all. The trousers were miles to long and the top was way to big. Definitely not true to size. They only offer a 32 inch leg length across all sizes. I know this is my mistake, I shouldn’t have assumed, when you click on the

Not happy with this company ordered my daughters college uniform on the 7th of September and still not received, they were quick to take my money and nobody will answer my emails. I will be taking this further if this situation isn't sorted quick

I still haven´t received my products that I have paid for 10 weeks ago and there is no respond when I write to all of your different e-mails which I have done the last 3-4 weeks at least 10-15 times. No answer on your phone either. I guess my 250 pounds are gone now!

Hi I ordered the same dress back in June. I also messaged you back then because the delivery took some time. I was also told the same. The item was out of stock. I’m very disappointed that’s twice Ive ordered and I wasn’t informed that there was going to be a delay in delivery. Or was shown on order they will be a delay I had to follow this up every time with an email. I very surprised you have a repeat business. Plus was not informed when ordering that the delivery takes up to 4 weeks. Not happy.

£300 on five tunics and two pairs of trousers and they bobbled within two weeks, to the point where customers noticed the damage!
The company are refusing to give me a refund because they say too much time has passed since I ordered them in January, they took weeks to arrive and got delivered incorrectly, then I went on holiday. Even after all this was explained they basically said tough luck and weren't bothered, I've just been passed around... Do not waste your money on this company!!

Definitely ordered size 14 to be sent trouser size 16 on calling was told I must send back and pay another £5 courier charge (on top of £7.50 already paid) would not budge even though it's their fault it was sent incorrectly !!!
DONT ORDER FROM HERE have you seen reviews I wish I had!! ............ Round 2 .. Because they got the 1st order wrong with wide leg as well as size the 2nd pair came size correct but still wide complained only to get another rude customer service agent they want more exchange money !! I Give up Please don't give them your money
