Called in with my Nephews kindle, he had managed to snap his hedphone plug into the headphone socket 🤦♀️ upgraded IT had a look over it and said let me see what I can do, 10 mins later the plug was out and the kindle was back to working how it should be. Great service, definitely recommend for repairs

I contacted Upgraded IT out of hours about an iPad which has a broken charger stuck in the charging port and got a super quick response from Tom advising to bring it down whenever and if they could get it out without having to replace the port there would be no cost.
I popped in this afternoon, staff were friendly and helpful and after a few attempts and as many pairs of bent tweezers (sorry!) it was sorted. True to their word and despite my asking they wouldn’t take any payment either.
I will be going to them for any future issues or repairs.
