I like to think of my nurseries as being unique and individual, just like your child. I believe childhood experiences should be full of awe and wonder which is why my nurseries provide inspiring environments to ensure the best possible outcome for each unique child. Our unique nurseries offer a variety of activities and opportunities to encourage every child's development.

Our Story Report

Even as a young child Nina knew what she wanted to do when she was a grown up, she wanted to be just like her nana, Dot! Dot was a local childminder who also cared for Nina and her sisters throughout their childhood, Nina decided that she too wanted to help other families look after their children when she grew up.

What Is It Like For A Child Report

Every day at Nina's Nurseries is filled with a range of individual and group activities that are centred around the individual interests of each child. The children enjoy music, creative art, story time, singing, messy play, baking and physical play, trips out and about in the community, finding out about the world we live in and so much more.

Forest School & Outdoors Report

At Nina's we consider the outdoor environment to be equally important as the indoor space. We believe being outside supports the development of healthy and active lifestyles in offering children opportunities for physical activity, freedom and movement, whilst also promoting a sense of well-being.

Nutrition Report

We provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, tea as well as an early evening snack and drinks as we believe a healthy and well-balanced diet is essential to a child's education. Every opportunity is taken to talk about and demonstrate healthy food choices and to encourage children to eat well and learn about food.

Great Moor Report

Nina's Nursery at Great Moor is the smallest of our nurseries and is somewhere very special for young children, it has a real home from home feel to it. Our team believe in relationships first and foremost and from the moment you arrive to visit until the day comes for you to leave your child in our care and every day after that, you will experience first-hand the care, trust and warmth that is central to our culture and ethos.

I chose Nina's in Great Moor as not only was it convenient for us but it has a family feel to the setting. The staff are all very welcoming & friendly. My son Ethan moved from the Davenport setting when he was attending great moor school nursery also as they are able to do the wrap around care which was excellent. The reason why we were at first reluctant was it being a smaller setting. Ethan loved his time there and made lots of new friends immediately. The care is excellent and we are provided with regular updates as well as a parents evening to run through EYFS learning journey. That's why

Our daughter loves her time at Nina's Nursery. A particular draw for us when choosing a nursery was the fabulous outdoor space and it's really pleasing to know that kids are encouraged to get outdoors as often as possible. Our three year old is in nursery full time so finding a nursery that clearly teaches the values we have as parents was really important. My little boy absolutely loves being here. He has trouble settling in and dealing with new environments but that's never been an issue here.
He gets excited when he knows we are going to nursery and his confidence around other adults and children has improved massively!
The staff always go out of their way to help him and are always informative, friendly and very professional.
Can't wait for my other little boy to start next year and he can't either!

Fully recommend my setting, I work here as the Deputy Manager. All the staff are hands on and supporting towards all the parent's wants and needs. A lovely environment for your child to grow and develop :)
