Located in Altrincham in Cheshire, our store includes several new product showrooms with customer access to our timber bays allowing you to hand select your chosen pieces before having them cut or machined.Our stock of treated outdoor timber is stored in our large yard in 4m high cantilever racking enabling us to not only carry a wide range of products but also large quantities of stock.

I've shopped at Atlantic timber for many many years, not as a regular trade shopper but as a Diy'er. I've always found the staff helpful although sometimes it can involve a lengthy wait as they are often quite busy. They have a cutting service which is very good and extremely handy if you do not have the specialist tools yourself to cut wood cleanly and accurately. Prices are a little on the high side but the service is excellent.

Been using Atlantic timber for over 20 years, the staff are excellent and very helpful, prices are better than whicks and b&q. Never had a single issue in 20 years. I would fecomend this place to anyone.

Wide range of materials, especially things like tricoya and valchromat.
Knocked a star off because they never respond to email requests unless I follow up with a call, and it often takes ages for someone to answer.

Bought 2 doors. 1 arrived damaged. unfortunately because we didn't open straight away they refused to replace it due to their policy of complaints in first 24 hours of delivery. They told us they checked every door going out of their warehouse. Complete lies. we actually went to distribution warehouse where they get their doors from and packaging was exactly as we received it. They are expensive as we bought exactly dame doors from a different company and were £80 cheaper. Never buy from them again. Beware.

Bought an FLB door from them couple of months ago. Ordered and paid over phone. Collected directly from the yard without going into showroom. No invoice or receipt given. Want to return door as not needed but nothing on website about returns time limit and no receipt given originally so no info there. Door in perfect condition and still in it’s packaging. Called today to request return but they’ve refused it telling me that they have a 28 day return policy. Would be good customer service to make sure that info is conveyed at time of purchase.
