Rhythmic joint movements or thrust techniques to improve the range of movement in a joint, as well as soft tissue massage. One of the most common mis-conceptions is that we treat bones, this could not be further from reality as most commonly we treat ligament, muscle and tendon strains and we are able to help their recovery.
