To start on a positive, the van hired was satisfactory.
Upon returning the van the member of staff present checked the fuel gauge and told me it had not been returned on a full tank. The gauge was what I considered to be full, maybe a millimeter under the maximum. I offered (more than once) to take it to a nearby petrol station to fill it up in order to put the arrow past the full indicator. The member of staff however became very confrontational which then unfortunately escalated into a full blown argument in the car park. This behavior was completely unwarranted and very unprofessional. Although

Do not use these people, completely unprofessional, bad attitude, swearing. Told to return at 9am. Returned at 9am only to be told should have been 8am and there will be a charge.
Once we got the van it required adblue, so we filled it up only £10, only for them to have a go saying we should have returned it or they would have come out to us!!!
Cant wait for the claim for ficticious damage that no doubt follows

I can’t say anything about renting van through them as i phoned up on Friday around 10 - 11 am to rent a Luton van , had been told to phone up Monday as they are short of staff etc. So phoned on Monday at 10am to hear that I’ve just booked last Luton for date You want . Short of staff let You answer the phone but don’t let You pre book something and than on Monday it’s not available. I can’t rate vans and all of process of renting a van but customer service is unprofessional
