Travelling during a worldwide pandemic is stressful and not easy. Phoenix Van Hire made it stress free and very easy ! We originally planned to hire a van to travel to France in April, but due to Covid-19 we couldn’t. We postponed our trip and changed bookings, and Phoenix were incredibly flexible and told us it was not an issue. We eventually rebooked for June, and David was very helpful and made the whole process extremely simple. The van we hired was perfect for our needs - moving all of my belongings from the South of France to the North of England. We can not fault the service nor the van

What a find!!! My car broke down on a Saturday morning and I needed to drive south that day......Initially went to the ‘big’ few.......completely no help! Googled local hire companies found Phoenix, extremely helpful, understood my predicament and even though they were just about to close they hung about until I got there. The hire process was easy and I was away with the van quickly. The van itself was perfect for what we needed. So glad my friend recommended them, I have to post this because feedbackers are usually old moaners, but my old work van gave up the ghost on me the other Monday morning, they went through how they could help on the phone, and within an hour had collected me, and got me sorted with a great little van. Their service is tremendous, they really are great, especially Dave ?, who tried really hard for me.

We have been using Phoenix van hire to deliver goods for our new business for the last three weeks now. We have found David to be extremely accommodating and friendly. The process for hiring couldn’t be easier. Offers a flexible overnight lock up. Has opened early on a Sunday morning to accommodate for my morning delivery.
