I was 17 when I started making wooden beds in my little Clerkenwell workshop and selling them directly to the readers of Timeout magazine. Not long after that I started selling mattresses to accompany my beds. So for the last 43 years I have been totally immersed in bed & mattress making, . Over the years I've been honoured to win several accolades - mainly for the quality, value and ethical nature of the products we produce and service we give.

Quality 100% Belgian linens & velvets, FSC top grade timber, with a full range of water based stains and paint. Healthy, natural and beautiful!. I've received many Green, Ethical & Manufacturing awards from The Sunday Times, The Observer & the B.C.E. group to name a few. Building better products that last is core to my lean online company's values, focusing resources on craftsmanship and natural raw materials more than showmanship.
Our 'Kids at Cost' mattress range has been designed and created to make quality support more affordable - these 4 mattresses are sold at cost - meaning zero profit. There are many kids' mattresses in the market place that range a lot in price, but virtually all are lacking in real quality. It is shocking how sub-standard springs and fillers are the norm, even in the really expensive mattresses out there.

Great customer service, the video appointment worked extremely well to help 'test' the mattress types before purchasing. The sustainable and natural material aspect of Warren Evens mattresses was the main focus for me to buy, including the service to recycle my old mattress. My new purchase was to replace my old Warren Evens mattress which has lasted well. My new Organic 6000 model mattress is perfect, firm and 100% natural materials. Can highly recommend for products, value and great customer service.

I never really leave reviews, but this place made me change that habit.
5 stars. I know mattresses aren't something you purchase often, but if they were I would shop here exclusively. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like they were just making things up, like I did at certain other places.

I have ordered items over the years from Warren Evans. This is because the quality of the products are excellent, they look amazing and they last a lifetime. My most recent purchase was an ottoman bed for my brother. The style and craft that has gone into the bed is beautiful.
It looks so majestic and the quality is simply something to behold. In these rather anxious times, communication around the delivery to my brother was handled with due care, respect and courtesy.

Having bought a Warren Evans bed 8 years ago it was time for a new mattress. We only considered buying from them again. As before, excellent service. Easy to manage website. Delivery details very clear. Arrived on time. Delivery men were superb in handling a very heavy mattress. Old mattress taken away without charge. We will always use this firm.

A family member told me about Warren Evans and I’m really glad they did. My new mattress is very comfortable, just one small issue is a missing ‘button’ on the mattress (in the dimple). Purchase and delivery were quick and efficient and delivery team very nice. I was surprised to get no information on the upkeep of the mattress so will just turn it from time to time as I have always done. Very pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic!! We had bought 3 beds some years ago for a London property and have been really happy with them. We needed 2 beds for a property in Cornwall and wanted to have Warren Evans. Unfortunately, they no longer deliver to Cornwall. Everyone at Warren Evans was so helpful with our order & recommended couriers that we could use for delivery. In the end we rented a van and picked up the beds from the London warehouse. The staff loaded the van for us and let us try several mattresses before choosing the Organic 6000. Very happy!!

We bought the organic 6000 firm as I had a bad back that wasn't getting better. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. My back is better. We are loving it and our quality of sleep has improved considerably.
The service was so straight forward, friendly and efficient. The no quibble return policy was very reassuring. We will definitely be using Warren Evans from here on out.

We ordered a replacement Warren Evans mattress for one we had slept well on for over 10 years. The customer service was excellent, really helpful via email on ordering and delivery arrangements.
The delivery team were absolutely fantastic, and couldn’t have been more helpful and carried the mattress up two flights of stairs for us. 🌟
