I am writing to say how grateful we are for the help and kindness that Tom and Damian gave us when we called in with a problem with the fuel filter on our Auto Sleeper Motor Home.
Tom did his best to find one for us and have it delivered, when this was not possible he gave us a few numbers of Peugeot garages so we could get one en-route to our destination, we got one in Taunton, went back to Tom at SWMH and Damian fitted it straight away .
Thank you again Tom and Damian you were our heroes .

We bought a new Dethleff from Sarah and Co at the 2019 NEC Show. Due to Covid 19 we eventually got it in July 2020 (with an extra present!). Everyone at South West Motor Homes has been really great. Their very personal customer service goes beyond what one would expect, nothing is too much trouble! We would certainly recommend them.

The skylight/vent in the washroom on our motor home was ripped off by the wind on our journey to the west country. We called in to Southwest Motorhomes who did an emergency repair to enable us to continue with our trip. They ordered a new part and fitted this while we waited on our return journey three days later. Tom and Damien did a great job and we were very grateful to them.

We hired a motorhome for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and efficient, nothing seemed too much trouble. The vehicle was well equipped. Very helpful on the phone when we weren't sure how something worked during our trip! The handover process went smoothly both before and after the hiring. Easy location to find. Would definitely recommend.

Hired a Motorhome from this Company in August!
Was advised the collection is @3pm! When collected the motorhome was DIRTY-dust everywhere!
Awing was damaged- used tape to hold it in place-tape appeared old and torn. Explanation when asked, was that the last people who just return it-they damaged it and did not tell the company before they return! As I said the tape used was old and tearing already- defo has been damaged for a long time!
No hooking cable supplied- had to ring the company- luckily we were near by! I thank the boy and the girl who delivered it!
No proper user book explaining basic

2 days before coming over from Isle of Man for a 2 week break our fridge / freezer packed up. Frantic phone calls and Web searches found the only one in the UK at this brilliant company in Ilminster. They moved heaven and earth to fit us in 4 days into lockdownour break. Courtesy car and professional service allowed us to avoid wasting a day and come away with a major impovement on the previous unit.
Nothing was too much trouble. Rescued our holiday

Visited South West Motorhomes for habitation service last week. We were warmly welcomed by lady on the front desk with a cup of tea. Tom was great and explained every step, including loan car details. We could not have wished for better customer service as the work was carried out by extremely courteous staff. We have previously dealt with larger companies however, they are nothing in comparison to South West Motorhomes! Thanks once again to Sarah and the all the staff- see you next year.

We popped in here coming back from our Europe trip last week. We had damaged the van whilst away. We met Sarah and she came out and checked the van, gave us a price there and then and lead in times.
