Gas-Fix was started by two former British Gas trained engineers and together have over 25 years experience in all aspects of gas central heating, gas appliances and power flushing. We offer a complete service, from fault finding and repairs to servicing and upgrading your current central heating system.
We only fit boilers from reputable manufacturers with a proven reliability record - ones that we have tried and tested over the years. We do our best to provide suitable options to match all householders' budgets. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and all carry a Gas Safe card which will be available for your inspection.

We charge 75 inc VAT for our call out diagnosis fee which is payable in advance, there is no time limit on this visit and it doesn't include any parts that maybe required. If we have the part in the van and we can make a repair on the inital visit we will advise you of the cost of the materials and these will be charged separately.
We guarantee our installations will be compliant with the manufacturers requirements for guarantees and suitable for our service plus maintenance packages. Every price we quote to you is Fixed this includes supplying the appliance, fitting and VAT. Whether it takes 1 day to do a job or 2 days we will honour the price we gave you at the start of the job.

Power flushing is the most efficient and effective method of cleansing a central heating system. The principle is to create a powerful fresh water flow under controlled conditions to remove debris from the system. By connecting the power flushing unit to the heating circuit in place of the system pump, boiler or radiator the circuit can be thoroughly cleansed of corrosion debris.

These people are very professional. Worked very hard to complete the new boiler installation in 2 days. All old piping, tank etc taken away. Found and dealt with electric wiring issues that British Gas had been unable to locate and deal with. Took time out to explain all the issues for using the boiler.
A first class service. Well done.
