First time i have used Holly Boilers, and in fact, not actually had them look at anything yet, Paul was excellent, asked if I would send a couple of photos of the issue, then suggested a fix which has worked fine so far. The fact is, unlike a number of companies, he was trying not to charge me for an unwanted visit.
This was not the case with another issue and company, we had with our cooker, where we were charged an initial call out £200 plus, knowing exactly what the issue was, then a second charge for repair. !
