Jim and family run a very friendly and professional business. After coming across a couple of unscrupulous sellers on ebay, it was a pleasure to find our van via Fernhill van sales and deal with Jim and family. We've had a couple of bad luck minor issues with the van, but they have rectified everything immediately and kept true their garage warranty. If I ever buy another van, I'll go to Fernhill first, a pleasure to find such a straight up van dealer and nice family running it.

Only had Ford Transit Connect two months. Numerous problems promises to fix. Some completed. broke down for a 2nd time. My Mechanic diagnosed EGR valve. was told would need to get AA to take from manchester to liverpool. were under no obligation to return it to me. passed back and forth from sales to garage given lot of waffle. Buyers beware only… nice to take your money. After sales is awful. Despite still being under parts and labour warranty refused to replace ERG valve. Had to have this done at own cost after 5 days of phone calls. informed they were busy by Matty and told I was not

A brilliant garage to deal with phoned up about a van Jim the owner only took £50.00 to secure the deal , I took train down from Inverness, Van was just how he described it best hand over ever and I have bought plenty vans and cars , on way home the alternator backed up Jim couldn’t do enough at his end ,he personally drove from Liverpool to the… Lake District with the new one paid the garage owner and got me on my way !
