Worst experience to date. Purchased a VAN and had it delivered to me. HPI clear, immaculate in and out...However, the van was far from the description, a failed MOT on the 15th which was passed the day after.. suspicious. The van was fully painted and definitely not painted by an approved garage as there are paint marks all over, rear lights, rear and front bumper falling off and not screwed well.
Raised the complain to Value Vans Wigan - they offered to send some clips for me to put on the Van in order to hold hem together.
I asked if this could be resolved and if I could return the Van as it

I purchased my van from Matthew at Value Vans 3 months ago I was looking for a very specific model of van as I was switch from a AMG Mercedes to a Van to accommodate my fishing tackle.
I initially spoke with Matthew around 4 months ago and at the time didn't have anything available, my specifics was a Peugeot Partner or Citroen Berlingo with Colour Coded Manufactured Option, Daytime Running Lights, Parking Sensors, Mesh Bulkhead, Bluetooth & Sat Nav with Car Play.
I knew this model exists but I couldn't for the life of me find a model on Auto Trader, Gumtree or eBay I was looking for months.

Found a Van at Value Vans Wigan! First contact was late on a Saturday and Karl greeted me, I looked over the van and had a little snag list, Sorry Karl :-) left a deposit! got a call 5 days later the van was ready for collection, All the snags done plus a service and 12months MOT a tow bar fitted and the van is a decent honest van! good to deal with and would recommend! Plus a 6 month warranty included...On the MOT it was noted the rear pads were low and the discs pitted as an advisory, but they did both pads and discs! Nice Touch lads appreciated that extra! Great experience! Will be putting some

We were looking for a van we could convert into a campervan/husky bus and spotted a Welfare van on their website. I sent an inquiry form even though it was a Saturday evening and got a response back the same night. When we went to view the van, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We got a good deal and free delivery to our home. They kept us informed on when to expect their arrival and spent time explaining what had been done and making sure we were happy.
