We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment solutions and have a network of recruiters throughout the UK. Since 1980, the D&P team has evolved with our clients, creating and delivering the services our clients require in order for them to succeed. From permanent to temporary and contract staffing to payroll, HR and other outsourcing services, we offer a full range of workforce solutions. We have seen the world of work change as jobs, technology infrastructure and our country's employment base has shifted again and again.
Just provide us with details of the role you wish to fill and we will review the details. We can then either send one of our existing experienced temporary members of staff who fits the bill or, for longer term roles, you may prefer to review a few CVs, followed by holding a couple of interviews and then making a decision on the best candidate.
It is natural to believe that the recruiter will need experience within a specific sector in order to be able to locate and contact the correct person, whilst experience within a specific sector can sometimes have advantages, the more a person works in a specific sector can also sometimes have disadvantages such as increasing the number of clients that have contact restrictions in place, hence limiting the amount of companies that can be reviewed for a possible successful candidate.

I registered with D&P Recruitment for a Senior Administration position on the 16th April 2018 and within that week I attended two interviews and have now been offered the position.
