Our reception staff will be pleased to make appointments for you in our clinics and deal with any requests for home visits and repeat prescriptions.
They will help you with any administration queries that you may have. 1 x Utility bill or bank statement sent to your current address, which you have received within the last three months. All patients over five years old are asked to make an appointment for a new patient check by the health care assistant.

Services
The NHS Health Check is for adults in England between the ages of 40 and 74. For more information please ask Reception for a leaflet where you can learn more about what the check is, what it involves, and when and how you can get it. It will also help you to understand more about your results when you receive them, and what to do next.
Our Reception staff will be pleased to make appointments for you and deal with any requests for Home Visits and Repeat Prescriptions. They will also help you with any administrative queries that you may have. Our Practice Manager will be able to help you with non-medical aspects of your Health Care.

An appointment with a consultant regarding my hip operation was put back by two months.I wrote a letter to my doctor asking if there was anything he could to help.
However The Junction back up team swept into action and the FAB Dee took it on board beforehand ,made the appropriate contacts and managed to get it reduced down to two weeks by 8.30 am

Appointments are very difficult to get; they seem to get booked very quickly. It doesn't help that they're closed at lunchtimes. The male doctor here is incredibly rude and judgmental. He treated my mother appallingly when she was last here. But his daughter has recently started at this practice and she is lovely. She allows patients to talk, listens in a very neutral manner and doesn't shout at patients. If you must go to this place, I suggest you ask for Dr Kulsam. She is what a doctor should be.
