They often score very well when it comes to national wellbeing, despite ranking modestly when we look at average income. The word is used to typify the Finnish spirit.

The Spotlight on Wellbeing questionnaire is a great starting point if you want to learn more about your current levels of physical, psychological and social wellbeing. The online questionnaire works on a computer or mobile device and once complete you will receive your personal Spotlight on Wellbeing Report straight away.
