After 15 long months we are starting to offer a limited number of mat classes in local village halls. Our mission is to create a relaxed environment where people feel comfortable and confident. A Specialist Pilates Clinic that has classes taught exclusively by Physiotherapists, helping people to manage their symptoms through exercise.
In 2012, I was working for the Pain Service as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in Pain Management and I absolutely loved my job! Helping people learn how to manage their pain and get moving again is so rewarding. We used Pilates a lot to help people to get back to exercise again. After an 8-week program, we encouraged people to continue exercising and so many people asked where they could find somewhere to continue Pilates.

All our Physiotherapists have completed at least a 3 Year Physiotherapy Degree and then undergone additional training to teach Pilates. Most have undergone their training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). This is a highly prestigious Institute that specialises in training Physiotherapists and other Health Professionals.
The following classes are taught at: Knowle United Reformed Church, Station Road, Knowle, Solihull, B93 0HN. The following classes are taught at: Shirley Institute, 25 Church Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 2AX. This is so we can discuss your aims for starting Pilates, go through your medical history and check the level of class that is most suited to your needs.
If you have any questions please email us on [email protected] and we will be happy to help. If you would like to make a payment for your classes or initial consultation please follow this link. If you are new to our clinic we recommend that you have an initial consultation with one of our Physiotherapists to help get you started, go through your medical history and answer any questions you may have.
Every person who comes to our clinic will be offered an individual session with one of our Physiotherapists before joining a class. We feel it's really important that everyone works at a level that is right for them. An individual session makes sure we can discuss with you any medical conditions or injuries that you may have.
