Really lovely shop. Good service. I've been in a few times to get my daughters new shoes fitted and they're very helpful.

ALL the girls shoes were pink in store today. Girls are not one dimensional. They like more colours than pink and don't all want to be princesses. Get your heads out of the 1950's!

Went in today to buy school shoes and plimsolls for both my kids as well as some toys that I had promised them. My kids were touching the toys which I noticed and started telling them to stop but before I finished, the older man who works there started telling my kids off, at full volume in front of a full shop. I said to him that’s ok I’m telling them myself and there is no need to tell them off but he just carried on. I would understand if I wasn’t telling them myself but I think it’s unacceptable to have shouted at them. I wanted to support a local shop but I walked out and went to Westfield

Super helpful (as always) in finding a pair of shoes for my 18month old. Their guide on how to measure your feet at home and create a template for them to find the correct size at the shop worked really well. A Timed social distance collection at the door too. Amazing service and highly recommend 👍

Fantastic service! Needed school shoes for my son and these guys were brilliant. They shared pictures of what was available, payment was made over the phone and then a time arranged to collect. Would highly recommend.

I love going in this shop and buy stuff regularly.
Today I went in to buy shoes and there was a lady with short dark hair - I have never seen her before-she was sooo rude.
She was so unhelpful and unwelcoming. Hated the experience, even though I brought shoes, I will never go to this shop again.

For MANY parents now, this shop is a last resort. If you do have to buy here, ask for a range of sizes to be sure they're not just selling you what they have rather than the right size.
Customer service repeatedly poor and cheating people with wrong sizes. Refused entry as someone wanted to head home asap. Needed an exchange, no incentive to be helpful given the NO REFUNDS policy. Well within their rights, but doesn't make people think this is a business for local community.

Great shop, staff helped me find a gift, wrapped it and I was ready to go. Just as well as I had left it to the day of the birthday due to covid and a being a bloke,. They worked in a safe and organised way when I clicked and collected. Top shop for me to make life stress free.

Had a lovely experience, went to get my 2 year old granddaughter for some much needed shoes. They were great with my rather unsure toddler. The selection was far better than Clark’s and had several brands to choose from and have great product knowledge. We also came away with a lovely craft set for my niece and splashed out on a raincoat for the little one. Great find and will definitely be back.

Great shopping experience at Sid and Evie's. Needed some shoes for my little one during the lockdown. The team were very professional and sent across a helpful fitting guide. They have a nice selection of shoes. Also managed to buy a few Christmas presents and stocking fillers.
